Alsaab Housing Projects was established as a small civil engineering company in RIYADH in 1977 and moved into private house building in the early 1993s. The company has grown steadily through a mixture of acquisition and organic growth.

MAN WITH A MISSION

If ever there was a man with a mission it was My father IBRAHIM ABDULKARIM ALSAAB, our Founder and Chairman, who established The Company on November 18, 1977. .
Born in a traditional family in Al Khasra, 300 km From Riyadh, My father IBRAHIM ABDULKARIM ALSAAB started his financial career at Riyadh – a leading Trading firm. The firm Still in the Market Since The seventies, but, long before that, he went on to become a towering figure on the Saudi Building scene.
In 1966 he began his lifelong Studying affair with the economic world, as General Manager of the newly-formed Al Shahama Est. He rose to become Chairman and continued so till Now.
At the ripe age of 55, IBRAHIM ABDULKARIM ALSAAB started his second dynamic life, even more illustrious than his first. His vision for housing, gave birth to the Housing Development Finance Corporation – it was a trend-setter for housing finance in the whole Of Saudi Arabia.
He was a true development Contractor. His building up ALSAAB HOUSING PROJECTS without any government assistance, is itself a brilliant chapter in financial And Constructions history. His wisdom and warmth drew people from all walks of life to him, for advice, guidance and inspiration.
